- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Called this morning after receiving an email notification that I had a package to pick up. I'm not able to get there until Saturday and the pick up date says "by Friday" so I wanted to see if they could hold one extra day. The woman who picked up the phone asked for my name and sounded like she was rummaging through packages-- came back on the phone and said it wasn't there. I was confused bc the email said it was so I questioned her on that, confirmed the location, etc. She then told me "I'm the only one here so I really can't look through ALL the packages to find yours and I have customers that are here in the store that need help." Terrible way to handle that situation. I would've gladly given her my phone number and had her call me back when she was less busy, had she offered that.By Kris Volpicelli, August 28, 2017
